About the Coach:

My name is Kristen Burke, and I am a U.S. Army veteran. My transition out of the military was difficult, and I had no clue what the f**k I was going to do. I always wanted to be a business owner, as I grew up with a father who owned a business, and who taught me the mindset to get me there. I knew I could do it, it was just a matter of how..

It's taken me years to get here, many jobs, and many learnings. But I am here to tell you, it's possible.

What is #change22?

My mission is to #change22; we have all heard of 22 a day. We are losing our brothers, sisters, mentors, and heroes daily.. This is not okay.

That is roughly one veteran every 65 minutes.

I will not stop until I have #changed22, my goal is to help veterans create a life worth living for.

I will never leave a fallen comrade.
